Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options depending on your location and the size of your order:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Local Pickup: Available at our shop in Spring Grove, IL (select at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Orders over $200 may qualify for free standard shipping (U.S. only, exclusions apply).

  • Oversized or heavy items (such as e-bikes or large parts) may incur additional freight charges.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info@howlingmoto.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Local Pickup

If you select Local Pickup at checkout:

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.

  • Pickup is available during regular business hours at:
