Strategically placed MATRYX® structural panels on the thighs, chest, back, and abdomen deliver superior ventilation, mechanical resistance, and tear resistance, ensuring the suit can withstand rigorous racing conditions. Kevlar® reinforcement integrated into key areas prevents heat transfer and adds durability, while the PU-covered lower leg improves ventilation and freedom of movement, inspired by MotoGP technology.
The suit is designed with an ergonomic, race-fit cut, featuring highly pre-curved arms and knees for optimal performance during high-speed maneuvers. It is Tech-Air® ready, accommodating the wireless Tech-Air® 10 Airbag System with an extended hip protection zone, sold separately. A dedicated slot on the left forearm allows for seamless integration of the airbag system's LED display. To regulate body temperature, the suit incorporates Alpinestars' Cool-iR Tech treatment, which reflects infrared rays from the sun, reducing heat buildup and maintaining rider comfort.
Additional features include replaceable elbow sliders, GP DFS armor for impact resistance and abrasion control, and internal GP-R Lite armor for comfort and extended protection.
