The suit features extended Kevlar® stretch panels around the chest, inner arms, crotch, and back leg for additional strength and flexibility, making it suitable for aggressive riding. Additionally, the lower legs are covered with high-performance PU, derived directly from MotoGP specifications, for improved ventilation, lighter weight, and enhanced freedom of movement.
The GP Tech v4 is equipped with a slot on the left forearm to accommodate the wireless LED display of the Tech-Air® 10 Airbag System (sold separately). It also includes a specialized zippered detachable short-leg liner treated with Polygiene® for long-lasting freshness and convenience. The suit's innovative Cool-iR Tech treatment reflects infrared rays from the sun, helping to regulate body temperature and prevent heat build-up during race conditions. Its highly pre-curved race fit, with strategic perforations on arms and legs, ensures optimal airflow and performance. For impact protection, the suit features replaceable elbow sliders, GP DFS armor for abrasion resistance and friction control, and internal Race spec GP-R Lite armor for comfort and extended coverage. Bio-Flex Race hip armor offers impact resistance, while the internal paddock’s waist hook system keeps the suit secure when off the bike.
