The Alpinestars Supertech M10 Helmet combines advanced aerodynamics with superior impact protection, making it an ideal choice for professional riders. The helmet is engineered for optimal ventilation with 28 individual intake and exhaust ports—18 air intakes and 10 exhaust outlets—ensuring continuous airflow to keep the rider cool and comfortable. Constructed using a multi-layered shell, the Supertech M10 employs cutting-edge molding technology with a high-density 3K Carbon outer layer for strength and energy dissipation, a uni-directional carbon composite layer for radial strength and impact deflection, and an Aramid fiber layer for penetration resistance. The epoxy resin bonding enhances overall shell integrity, distributing impact forces over a wider area and reducing transmitted energy.
Designed with safety and comfort in mind, the helmet features a sculpted chin bar profile that provides clearance for the collarbone, complemented by a softer EPS liner extending beyond the shell covered with a flexible rubber compound to mitigate collarbone injuries. The inclusion of the MIPS® Multi-directional Impact Protection System offers additional safety by reducing rotational forces during impacts. Removable side pads made from semi-soft polymer increase impact spread and comfort, while the Emergency Release System (ERS) allows for quick and safe helmet removal in emergencies. The helmet also includes an emergency visor release and visor extension to protect against roost and sun glare, along with an eject helmet removal system for added safety and convenience.
