Both the inward-facing upper and lower panels are constructed from specially formulated polymer with grip sculpture patterning, ensuring maximum contact with the bike and improved abrasion resistance. The rear gaiter, made from thermoplastic rubber (TPR), combined with a TPU calf protector, offers added protection and comfort during rides. An innovative buckle closure system, incorporating polymer and fiberglass buckle arms with high-impact aluminum bridges, ensures durability and weight savings. This system features a memory function, quick release/locking mechanism, and a self-aligning design for easy, secure fastening. All buckles are replaceable, and the TPU buckle straps are ergonomically profiled to promote high levels of front flexion. The one-piece TPU injected dual compound foot shell offers excellent impact and abrasion resistance, reinforced internally with a metal shank and toe co-injection for added safety. The exclusive dual compound sole, integrated seamlessly with the multi-density foot base structure, provides superior grip, durability, and feel, and is fully replaceable. Additional protective features include a TPU heel patch connected to the shell and lateral/medial TPU parts, delivering robust support. The boots are finished with soft poly-foam padding around the ankles and collar for shock absorption, complemented by a full interior textile lining for comfort. The replaceable anatomic EVA footbed ensures a customized fit, making these boots a reliable choice for aggressive off-road riding.
