Alpinestars Supertech R10 Solid Helmet

The Alpinestars Supertech R10 is a race-bred, full-face motorcycle helmet engineered for riders who demand the highest level of protection, aerodynamic performance, and comfort. Built with a multi-composite carbon shell and an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner, the R10 delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio that sets the benchmark in premium motorcycle helmets.

Outer Shell

Constructed using advanced molding technology, the R10 features a multi-composite shell combining a 3K high-density carbon outer layer, uni-directional carbon composite, aramid fiber, and fiberglass — all bonded with epoxy resin for maximum strength, mechanical performance, and lightweight design. The 3K carbon layer provides superior energy dissipation and reduces shell deflection for better EPS liner absorption.

Inner Shell & Fit System

Four inner shell sizes ensure a precise, comfortable fit across all head shapes. The eight-piece multi-density EPS liner uses six specific densities for excellent energy absorption and a close fit. The polished, friction-reducing EPS surface manages oblique impact forces, allowing independent head movement inside the helmet. The A-Head Fitment System allows custom height and angle adjustment for a personalized fit.

Aerodynamics & Ventilation

CFD simulations and wind tunnel testing optimize the R10's aerodynamic stability and low-drag profile. Two detachable spoilers (standard and race), lateral winglets, and visor turbulators enhance aero-acoustic performance. Eleven ventilation points — including chin and top intakes and rear exhausts — integrate seamlessly with the shell for efficient airflow. A central top vent slider and two rear extractor vents allow customized heat management.

Shield & Visor

The Optical Class 1 visor (3mm thick) features anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings, internal Pinlock® and tear-off pins, and a metal locking lever to prevent detachment during impacts. A tool-less quick-release system enables fast visor changes. The wide eye port delivers 220° lateral and 57° vertical visibility for maximum riding awareness.

Removable & Washable Lining

Anti-microbial treated linings are fully removable and washable. Breathable cheek pads include an emergency extraction system for medical personnel. A hydration system channel and raised chin bar profile for collarbone clearance complete the rider-focused interior design.
