The Alpinestars Supertech R10 Team Helmet in Black/Carbon Red/Gloss White is a race-bred, full-face motorcycle helmet engineered for elite-level protection, aerodynamic performance, and all-day comfort. Built on a multi-composite shell combining 3K high-density carbon, uni-directional carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass bonded with epoxy resin, the R10 achieves an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. Four inner shell sizes and an eight-piece multi-density EPS liner ensure a precise, close fit across all head shapes.

Outer Shell

Multi-composite construction: 3K high-density carbon outer layer, uni-directional carbon composite, aramid fiber, and fiberglass — all bonded with epoxy resin for maximum strength, mechanical performance, and lightweight design. The 3K carbon outer layer provides superior energy dissipation and reduces shell deflection for better EPS liner absorption.

Inner Shell & EPS Liner

Four inner shell sizes for a precise, rider-specific fit. Eight-piece multi-density EPS liner with six specific densities for excellent energy absorption and a close, comfortable fit. Polished and coated inner surface minimizes friction and manages oblique impact forces, allowing the head to move independently inside the helmet. A-Head Fitment System allows height and angle adjustment for a fully customized fit.

Aerodynamics

CFD-simulated and wind tunnel/track-tested for optimal aerodynamic stability and low drag. Features two detachable spoilers (standard and longer race version) with elastic joints to reduce rotational energy on impact. Lateral winglets and visor turbulators improve drag and aero-acoustic performance. 11 ventilation points including chin and top intakes, chin bar and top rear exhausts, and a central top vent slider for customized airflow.
