DirtyBike RK 420 Primary Chain Drive Conversion Kit – E Ride Pro SR

Some E Ride Pro 3.0 and SR models have a motor interference issue with this kit. As the primary chain is adjusted, the motor moves rearward and may contact the final drive chain. It may be necessary to grind one or two motor fins to clear the interference. If you are not comfortable with this, do not purchase this kit.

The DirtyBike RK 420 Primary Belt-to-Chain Conversion Kit replaces the stock primary belt on the E Ride Pro SR with a heavy-duty RK GB420MXU sealed X-ring chain — one of the strongest and quietest 420 chains available. Designed for serious off-road riders in dusty, sandy, or muddy conditions where stock belts are prone to slippage and premature failure. Maintains stock gear ratio.

The master link allows easy installation and future chain replacement without removing the swingarm.

Note: Some E Ride Pro motors have shallow woodruff keyways. It may be necessary to remove 5mm from one side of the woodruff key for proper fitment.
