Thank you for the great product, I’m very happy with the gloves themselves. The quality and fit are exactly what I was hoping for.

However, my delivery experience was quite disappointing. I paid CA $25 for shipping, but upon delivery, I was charged an additional CA $40+ in brokerage fees and taxes by UPS. This brought the total cost to over CA $140 for gloves that cost around CA $70.

I understand this is not directly your fault, but it would really help Canadian customers if you clearly communicated the possibility of additional charges (such as brokerage fees and import taxes) when shipping with UPS. The unexpected fees left a bit of a negative impression on an otherwise great purchase.
