Measure your dominant hand’s circumference around the knuckles with a soft tape measure (snugly). Match your measurement to the size below:

• Sizes 9–16: Large knuckle fit – designed for most men’s hands
• Sizes 6–8: Small knuckle fit – slimmer fingers, configured for smaller and women’s hands

If between sizes: prefer snug fit → size down. Prefer relaxed fit → size up.
