The 5 mm proprietary 2000-series T6 aluminum construction is paired with a cold-forged aluminum crossbar. CNC-machined 6061 aluminum crossbar clamps are secured with aerospace-quality polymer, while the shot-peened, stress-relieved, and anodized finish helps protect against demanding riding conditions.
