The 12MPA tensile strength resists splitting and tearing at the valve stem base, even under hard riding conditions.

Sized at 70/100-17 (2.50/2.75-17), it's a direct fit for most 17" front wheels on mini dirt bikes, pit bikes, and Honda trail bikes in the 110cc–140cc range.
