Spring rate is:

• 5.5N/mm fork spring: Riders under 195lbs
• 6.5N/mm fork spring: between 190lbs-285lbs
• 7.5N/mm fork spring: Riders above 280lbs

The front fork kit will also fit ALL YEARS 2014-2026 Honda Grom 125!

Honda Grom OEM spring rate is 0.40 kg/mm ( ~3.9n/mm)

Recommended fork oil weight from Racing Bros is 5w or 7w. However, this is all based on the rider's preference, riding style, and the actual rider's weight. Only 1 quart of fork oil is needed, each fork uses 230ml of oil.
