The biggest bore kit you can install on a Kawasaki Z125 Pro without any case machining — bolt on and go. The TBParts 143cc kit pairs a ceramic-coated all-aluminum 60mm cylinder with a lightweight high-compression domed piston to dramatically increase power and make your Z125 a lot more fun to ride.

The ceramic-coated aluminum cylinder is lighter than a steel-sleeved alternative, reduces friction for more power, improves sealing, and transfers heat more efficiently so the engine runs cooler. High quality parts, real results.

Tuning Requirements

An aftermarket fuel controller is required to prevent a lean condition and potential engine damage. An autotune may also be needed depending on your setup. Professional installation and proper tuning are strongly recommended.

Installation Notes

No installation instructions are included. Parts install in the same manner as OEM components — if you can replace a piston, you can install this kit. Professional installation is highly recommended to ensure correct fitment and tuning.
